الملخص

The intervention of the Algerian government in urban tissues is part of a national strategy that aims to revalorize the old real estate park, This strategy requires the intervention of several actors namely, the overall project manager, the delegate project manager and the intervener, under a precise legal frame, In addition, the procedures of field intervention are clearly detailed by the law starting from the elaboration of the intervention program until its execution, which usually comes after the gistration and the procurement of the required administrative clearance, Interveners in ancient urban tissues are required to preserve its archeological value as it constitutes an important part of the nation’s identity
