مقاربة الأمن البيئي في الجزائر

الملخص
ارتبطت النقاشات الأكاديمية في حقل الدراسات الأمنية حول قضايا البيئة بالمراحل الجديدة للتحول في مفهوم الأمن ، وطرح مفاهيم جديدة كالأمن البيئي بما يتماشى واتساع مفهوم الأمن على الصعيد الدولي والداخلي ، وعلى اعتبار أن مشاكل البيئة أهم تحدي وخطر يهدد الدولة الحديثة في ظل عولمة الأعمال وعالمية التصورات . والجزائر كشريك دولي فاعل وفعال في المجال الأمني تبنت نظرية الأمن البيئي كأحد أهم محاور الدراسات الأمنية في مخططاتها المختلفة لذلك Summary: Academic discussions in the field of safety studies on environmental issues have been linked to the new stages of transformation of the safety concepintroduce new concepts such as environmental security in expanding the concept of security at the international and internal levels and consider that environmental problèmes are the greatest challenge and threat to the modern state in the light of globalization of business and the universalité of perceptions. As an active and effective international Partner in the security field, Algeria has adopted the theory of environmental security as one of the most important axes of security studies in its various schemes
