الملخص

سعت إسرائيل من خلال إقامة الجدار العازل في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، إلى فرض أمر واقع على الأرض الفلسطينية لتثبيت استيطانها، و تعطيل أي محاولة لإقامة دولة فلسطينية مستقبلية، من خلال مصادرة الأراضي وتدمير مصادر المياه، كذلك تدمير الحياة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للفلسطينيين، في محاولة منها لانتهاك كافة المواثيق والقرارات الدولية بهذا الخصوص.
