الملخص
رخصة الهدم عبارة عن أداة، يتم بموجبها الترخيص لطالبها بمباشرة عملية الهدم، وذلك في حالات خاصة وفي مناطق مخصصة، نظرا لما تشكله هذه البنايات من أهمية كبيرة، لذلك تم إضفاء عليها نوع من الحماية من خلال عدم جواز المساس بها، إلا بموجب الحصول على تراخيص تجيز عمليات الهدم لهذه البنايات . Abstract: The demolition permit is a tool by which the applicant is authorized to start the demolition, in special cases and in designated areas, since these buildings are of great importance. Therefore, a kind of protection has been granted by means of their inviolability, Demolitions permit these buildings.
