الملخص
نظرا لخصوصية فئة الأحداث، وخطورة إجراء التوقيف للنظر، نص قانون حماية الطفل15/12 على مجموعة من الإجراءات لحماية هذه الفئة أثناء ممارسة إجراء التوقيف للنظر في حقهم، تزيد هذه الحماية عن الحماية الممنوحة للبالغين سواء من ناحية الحقوق الممنوحة لهذه الفئة أو من ناحية الضمانات، لحمايتها من خطر تعسف جهاز الضبطية القضائية. In view of the specificity of the juvenile category and the gravity of the arrest procedure, the Child Protection Act 15/12 sets out a series of measures to protect this group during the exercise of the arrest procedure. This protection extends to the protection afforded to adults both in terms of rights granted to this category and in terms of safeguards to protect them Of the risk of arbitrariness of the judiciary.
