الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لتوضيح أهمية الإدارة في التنظيم ،حيث عملية التسيير الإداري التي يختص بها الإنسان فقط من خلال علاقات اجتماعية رسمية تفرضها قوانين المنظمة كما سنحاول أيضا الكشف عن العلاقة المتداخلة بين الإدارة و التنظيم كما أن كل ما يدور ما حولنا و نتعايش معه في حياتنا اليومية، يؤكد أهمية الإدارة و الدور الهام الذي تقوم به، فنحن نعيش في عصر التقدم العلمي و التكنولوجي و عصر العولمة و التقدم الهائل الحاصل في قطاع الاتصالات والمعلوماتية و الأقمار الصناعية ،الأمر الذي فرض علينا الدقة في التخصص و التخصص الدقيق في العمل، كما تلمس البشرية تقدما متزايدا في كثير من الميادين الأخرى العلمية و التكنولوجية الهندسية و الطبية و الكيميائية و الإلكترونية وغيرها، كل هذا ما كان ليتحقق بدون إدارة و فعالية التنظيم. this study aims to clarify the importance of administration management, where only human is concerned by the process of administrative management, through formal social relations imposed by the laws of the organization, hence we will also try to reveal the interrelationship between management and administration and everything that revolves around us and live with it in our daily lives, improving the importance of management and the important role it plays. We live in the era of scientific and technological progress, the era of globalization and the tremendous progress achieved in the telecommunications, informatics and satellite sectors. Humanity is also experiencing increasing progress in many other scientific, technological, engineering, medical, chemical, electronic and other fields, none of that would have been achieved without administration and effectiveness of the management
