الملخص
اللغة العربية : تلعب البيوع البحرية دورا هاما في المبادلات التجارية التي تتم عن طريق البحر، من خلال إبرام عقد النقل البحري ، و ارتباط البيوع البحرية بهذا الأخير. فالنقل البحري هو وسيلة تنفيذ البيوع البحرية المسماة المبادلات التجارية الدولية . إن دراسة مفهوم البيوع البحرية من الناحية القانونية ، يعتبر من المواضيع البالغة الأهمية ، خاصة وان المشرع الجزائري لم يعالج الجوانب القانونية للبيوع البحرية ، رغم أهميتها في الحياة العملية. En français : Les ventes maritimes jouent un rôle important dans les échanges commerciaux, effectués par voie maritime grâce à la conclusion d'un contrat de transport maritime et le lien de ce dernier avec les transactions maritimes Le transport maritime est le moyen de mise en oeuvre des ventes maritimes qui constituent les échanges commerciaux internationaux . L'étude de la notion de ventes maritimes sur le plan juridique constitue un des sujets les plus importants d autant plus que le législateur algérien n a pas traité les aspects juridiques des ventes maritimes malgrés leur importance dans la vie pratique En anglais : Maritime sales play an important role in maritime trade through, the conclusion of a maritime transport contract and the relation between the latter and maritime transaction Maritime transport is a means of implementing maritime sales that constitute international trade The study of the concept of maritime sales in legal terms is one of the most important issues especially since the Algerian legislator has not dealt with the legal aspects of maritime sales despite their importance in practical life
