الملخص

جاء هذا البحث لإبراز الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه توزيع الفائض التأميني في دعم تنافسية شركات التأمين التكافلي التي تشهد منافسة مستمرة مع شركات التأمين التقليدية على مستوى سوق التأمين الأردني، وذلك في السعر والتسويق وجذب الزبائن، الإعلان، كفاءة الموظفين والخدمات التأمينية وتوسع مجالات التأمين، وزيادة رأس المال، وبعد إجراء الدراسة تبين عدم وجود تأثير قوي لتوزيع الفائض التأميني على تنافسية شركات التأمين التكافلي مقابل التقليدية، وهذا قد يرجع لعدم وجود الموارد البشرية المتخصصة في تسويق التأمين التكافلي، التي تساعد في نشر وترسيخ الثقافة التأمينية التكافلية والآلية العملية لتطبيق هذه الصناعة خاصة فيما يتعلق بخاصية توزيع الفائض التأميني. الكلمات المفتاحية: التأمين التكافلي - التأمين التجاري - الفائض التأميني - التنافسية. The role of the insurance surplus distribution on the competi-tiveness of Takaful insurance products versus the traditional Abstract: This research came to clarify the important role that could be played by the insurance surplus distribution in the competitiveness of Takaful insurance companies. This latter is witnessing an ongoing competition with traditional insurance companies on the level of the Jordanian insurance market; especially, the price, marketing, customers' attraction, advertising, efficient staff and insurance services, the expansion of insurance areas, and capital increase. This is reached after conducting a study that found the lack of a strong influence of the distribution surplus insurance on Takaful insurance companies versus traditional competitive-ness. This may be due to the lack of human resources that are specialized in marketing Takaful insurance. These human resources could help in spreading and consolidating the insurance Takaful culture, process and the mechanism for the application of this industry especially with regard to the characteristic of insurance surplus distribution.
