Determination Of The Main Factors Of Road Accidents In Algeria During The Period (2012-2014)

Abstract
لإيجاد حلول مناسبة لمشكلة الحوادث المرورية، تكافح سلطات جميع دول العالم (ومن بينها الجزائر) باستمرار وتعمل بلا كلل من أجل الحد من مأساة ضحايا وعائلات ضحايا هذه الحوادث، التي أصبحت تشكل عنصرا رئيسيا لانعدام الأمن، كما أصبحت نتيجة لمجموعة معقدة من عدة عوامل تكمل بعضها البعض. نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية توضيح واقع حالة انعدام الأمن على الطرق في الجزائر، ومعرفة العوامل الرئيسية لحوادث المرور على المستوى الوطني. ولقد تبين من خلال النتائج أن العامل البشري هو السبب الرئيسي لحوادث الطرق في الجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: حوادتث الطرقات، العامل البشري، تحليل المركبات الأساسية. Abstract : Authorities of all countries of the world (and therefore of Algeria) are constantly struggling and working tirelessly to find adequate solutions to the problem of traffic accidents, in order to weaken the tragedy of those who are hard hit (Minimizing its severity and reducing the frequency of its occurrence). The traffic accident - the main element of insecurity - is the result of a complex combination of several factors that are at least complementary to one another. In this work, we tried to clarify the reality of the state of road insecurity in Algeria, and to know the main factors of traffic accidents at the national level. The object of this study is to determine the main factors influencing the number of traffic accidents in Algeria, as a result, it has been found that the human factor is the main cause of road accidents in Algeria.
