الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الحاجات الارشادية (الاكاديمية، النفسية والاجتماعية) وعلاقتها بالتوافق الدراسي لدى طلبة السنة الأولى بمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية جامعة الجزائر3 ، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على مقياس الحاجات الارشادية (الجوهرة إبراهيم الصقية)، المكون من (3) أبعاد و(72) فقرة، ومقياس التوافق الدراسي (الجنيدي جباري بلابل)، والمتكون من (6) أبعاد و(73) عبارة، بلغت عينة الدراسة (130) طالبا وطالبة، للعام الدراسي 2017/2018 وهي تمثل نسبة (14%) من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (947) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارها عن طريق العينة القصدية، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام معامل الارتباط "بيرسون"، توصل البحث الى أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية عكسية سالبة بين مجالات الحاجات الارشادية والتوافق الدراسي لدى طلبة السنة أولى ليسانس بمعهد التربية البدنية والرياضية. Abstract The present study aims at discovering the counselling needs (academic, psychological and social) and their relation with the academic compatibility for the students of physical education and sports Institute, university of Algiers3, on which we followed the analytical descriptive method. Besides, and in order to achieve this study’s aims, I relied on the counselling needs measure (Al Jawhara Ibrahim Al Sakya) which is consisted of three fields and (72) items, and academic compatibility (Aljunidi Jabari Blabel) which is consisted of 6 fields and 73 terms. The study sample includes 130 male and female students during 2017/2018 school year. This sample represents only the percentage of 14% of the research siting that reached 947 male and female students who were selected by using purposive sample. Then I used Persons’ correlative test to analyse the data. The research unveiled in its findings that there is an inverse-negative correlation between both the fields of counselling needs and academic compatibility for the first year students of licence in the physical education and sports institute Key words: counselling needs, academic compatibility, students of physical education and sports institute.
