Pour Une Approche Anthropologique De La Problématique Du Développement

Résumé
While adopting development as a strategic objective, Algerian leaders have ignored that this new paradigm participates from a new world reconceptualization. They failed to understand that when focusing their energy on development endowed with a generic status, they accredited a massive operation of mythification. Their approach, both on epistemological and practical plans internalized and included the western hegemony. Their theoretical production resembles the resumption of postulates which found the European-centrism analysis but which ignores the ideological perspective which gives it its full rupture meaning. Only critical thought in rupture with this way of thinking and action would initiate a new era built on an alternative readability. The anthropological approach could prove to be fruitful from this perspective. إن جعل التنمية هدفا استراتيجيا، وهاجسا مركزيا دفع المسيرين الجزائريين، لإهمال حقيقة أخرى تمثل شكلا لصياغة نموذج جديد للعالم، وغاب عن فهمهم أن تركيز كل الجهود على نمط من التنمية خاضع لنموذج أساسي واحد، يسهم في خلق وهم كبير، فالمسعى المعتمد في التنمية سواء في المجال المعرفي أو الإجرائي. يخفي في ثناياه عناصر الهيمنة الغربية. فالمنظومة النظرية التي يستند إليها هؤلاء المسيرين، تعيد إنتاج الأطروحات التي يقوم عليها التحليل الخاضع للمركزية الأوربية، ويتجاهلون كلية دون وعي منهم آفاقها ومنظوراتها وحقائقها الدالة. إن تجاوز هذه الإشكالية، يقوم على القيام بقراءة نقدية تقيم قطيعة مع أساليب التفكير والفعل، التي أفرزتها المركزية الأوربية، مما يؤدي إلى فتح آفاق جديدة/ مبنية وفق مقاربة أنثروبولوجية تقوم على قراءة الواقع المحلي.
