الملخص
International terrorism is considered as among the world's most dangerous crimes. It is a phenomena that worries the world community at present with its various units. It makes life of peoples in danger as result of horror and fear caused by terrorist actions which have become characterized with variability in causes, means and objectives, and indeed in the quality of its victims. Therefore, in view of the particular importance of this subject, the researcher will deal in this paper concisely with the subject of double standard in execution of international resolutions, giving a clear and comprehensive picture of the rules and principles of the international law and the international resolutions which are taken by the UN to combat terrorism and how to deal with it, and its reaction with terrorist events in most parts of the world.
