النظام النقدي والمالي الدولي

الملخص
الملخَّـص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على التطورات التي شهدها النظام النقدي والمالي الدولي، فقد مر النظام المذكور بمراحل مختلفة حتى وصل إلى نظام التعويم، وكانت لكل مرحلة معطياتها وتأثيراتها الخاصة على صعيد الاقتصاد الدولي، ولم تكن المؤسسات المالية في الدول النامية والناشئة بمنأى عن تلك التطورات وما لازمها من اختلال التوازن في مفاصل الاقتصاديات الكلية. توصّلت الدراسة إلا أن تحقيق الاستقرار في النظام المالي الدولي يتطلب قدرا كبيرا من التعاون بين البلاد الصناعية والنامية بما يكفل إزالة التضارب بين سياساتها النقدية والمالية وتحقيق الانسجام بين تلك السياسات وبين الأهداف الاقتصادية التي تسعى كل منها إلى تحقيقها. Résumé Cette étude vise à illustrer le développement du système monétaire et financier international qui est passé par des étapes différentes pour arriver au système monétaire flottant, chaque étape avait ses spécificités est ses influences sur le plan économique internationale. Les institutions financières des pays en voie de développement et les pays émergents n’été pas à l'abri de ces développements et des aménagements du déséquilibre dans les agrégations Macro-économiques. L'étude a révélé que la stabilisation du système financier international exige beaucoup de coopération entre les pays industrialisés et les pays en voie de développement pour assurer l'élimination des contradictions entre les politiques monétaires et budgétaires et de parvenir à l'harmonie entre les politiques et les objectifs économiques, dont chacun cherche à atteindre. Abstract: The aim of this study is to light up the developments of the international monetary and financial system, the system has gone through different stages until it reached what is now, and each phase has its input and effect on the level of the international economy.. Financial institutions in developing and emerging countries were not immune to these developments and improvements of the imbalance in the Macroeconomic aggregates. The study found, however, to stabilize the global financial system requires a great deal of cooperation between industrialized and developing countries to ensure the removal of conflicts between monetary and fiscal policies and achieve harmony between those policies and the economic objectives, each of which seeks to achieve.
