سوسيولوجيا المطلبية العمالية في ظل العولمة - حالة الجزائر-

الملخص
الملخَّـص: يتناول هذا المقال بالدراسة والتحليل النقابات العمالية في العالم وما تعانيه من أوضاع صعبة منذ فترة التغيير الجدري للاقتصاد، وهي بذلك مهددة في أبسط حقوقها حيث تواجه البطالة والفقر والإكراه والتهميش داخل محيط العمل، لهذه الظروف وأخرى، نجد أعدادا كبيرة من العمال في مختلف الصناعات، تتخذ أشكالا للمطلبية، وتصر على أسلوبها الاحتجاجي بالإضراب لردع آليات اللبيرالية الجديدة ولمواجهة احتكار الشركات العالمية، كما تنامت الحركات العمالية في البلدان النامية ومنها في الجزائر التي تواجه هذه المشاكل، فهي تتحدى اليوم هذا الواقع السلبي بالعمل المطلبي، وهنا يأتي دور الحركة النقابية التي عليها أن تكون أكثر نشاطا وأكثر حرية وفعالية، حتى تستطيع مواجهة مخلفات هذه العولمة. Résumé: Cet article traite par l'étude et l'analyse Les syndicats dans le monde qui connaissent une période de changements économiques radicaux qui n’est guère à leur avantage, en effet leurs droits sont dénigrés, ils affrontent : chômage, pauvreté et oppression marginalisation au sein de l'environnement de travail. De plus, de très nombreux travailleurs dans diverses industries constituent des mouvements de revendication et protestation pour dissuader les mécanismes de néolibéralisme et pour lutter contre le monopole des sociétés internationales. De ce constat, l’Algérie, à l’instar d’autres mouvements ouvriers dans plusieurs pays, est confrontée à de lourds problèmes socio- économique. Le mouvement syndical actif, et plus libre a un rôle indéniable afin de faire face aux conséquences de cette mondialisation. Abstract: This article deals with the study and analysis Unions in the world , experiencing the difficult conditions since the period of economic change that defined globalization system, in fact their rights are denigrated, they face unemployment, poverty and marginalization in oppression of the working environment. In addition, large numbers of workers in various industries that are protest movements and protests increasingly find themselves fired to deter capital mechanisms and to fight against the monopoly of international companies. From this observation, Algeria, like other workers' movements in several countries, is facing heavy socio-economic problems. Here the role of the trade union movement, which must be more active and more freely and effectively, so that they can face the consequences of this globalization.
