الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر مفهوم التنمية والتنمية المحلية، من المفاهيم الأكثر مداولة في القرنين العشرين، والواحد والعشرين، حيث ارتبط هذا المفهوم بالعديد من المجالات سواء الثقافية، الاجتماعية، السياسية أو الاقتصادية. والتنمية سواء كانت شاملة أو محلية، تستوجب تدخل الدولة والهيئات المكلفة بذلك لتوجيهها، وهذا يوضح الاختلاف الموجود بين التنمية والمصطلحات المشابهة لها كالتقدم، التطور والنمو. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة، سيتم تناول ماهية التنمية المحلية والأطراف المتدخلة سعيا لتحقيقها، وكذا عرض مختلف النظريات والاستراتيجيات المعتمدة عليها لتحقيق التنمية. Abstract The concept of development and local development is one of the most widely discussed concepts of the 20th and 21st centuries, where this concept has been linked to many fields, wherever cultural, social, political or economic. And development, whether comprehensive or localض, requires the intervention of the state and the bodies charged with directing them, and this illustrates the difference between development and similar terms such as progress, development and growth. Through this interference, local development and intervening parties will be addressed to achieve them, as well as presenting the various theories and strategies adopted to achieve development.
