الملخص

تعدّ المؤسسة الحرفية من المؤسسات الهامة في معظم دول العالم، حيث تمثّل بالنسبة للعديد من الدول المتقدمة محورا أساسيا للتنمية الاقتصادية بها، وتزداد أهميتها بشكل أدق في الدول النامية. وفي الجزائر، يعتبر هذا النوع من المؤسسات مجالا استثماريا تنمويا هاما إذ ظهر دورها بشكل متنامي كقطاع اقتصادي واعد يمكن إدراجه ضمن قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في أواخر سنة 2001. سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال عرض ماهية المؤسسات الناشطة ضمن هذا القطاع وكذا إبراز خصائصها، إلى جانب عرض موجز لمكانة قطاع الصناعة التقليدية والحرف لدى بعض الدول المتقدمة والنامية، فضلا عن دور هذا الأخير الفاعل في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ببلادنا. The craft enterprise considers as an important enterprises in most countries of the world, Where it represents for many of the developed countries, a major pole for economic development, and its importance increases precisely in the developing countries. In Algeria, this kind of institutions consider a very important developmental investment field, where its role is growing up as a promising economic sector can be inserted within the sector of the small and medium-sized Enterprises from the end of 2001. We will try through this article provide the definition of the enterprises active in this sector, as well as their characteristics, along with a brief overview of the standing of the sector for some developed and developing countries, apart from the active role of this latter in the process of economic and social development in our country.
