المجتمع المدني في ظل الحراك العربي الراهن ..... أي دور؟ بالإشارة لحالة المجتمع المدني في الجزائر

الملخص
الملخص: في ظل تحولات "الربيع العربي" تمكنت حركيات المجتمع المدني من زعزعة استقرار نظم سياسية عربية؛ اعتبرت نفسها لفترات من الزمن؛ أنها خالدة خلود حكامها في أعلى هرم السلطة؛ خاصة بعدما عجزت حركات عنفية في إسقاطها في سنوات سابقة كجماعات الإسلام السياسي " ومن ابرز هده الحركيات " مؤسسة الفايس بوك" " ومثيلتها من التطبيقات الجديدة للاتصال؛ التي كانت وسيلة الشباب العربي تحديدا في صراعه مع الأنظمة السياسية البائدة. طبعا مع عدم استثناء الدور الذي لعبته بعض الاتحاديات والنقابات العمالية والأحزاب السياسية المعارضة التي دعمت الحراك العربي إلى أن يحقق أهدافه المنشودة. Summary The Movements of of civil society Has been able to destabilize the Arab political systems; which considered itself eternal for periods of time especially after the failure of violent movements in dropping it down in previous years such as the political Islamic groups . the most prominent of these dynamics ,” the foundation of facebook” and the counterpart of new communication applications; which was a mean used by the Arab youth, specifically in his struggle against the obsolete political systems. Resume Sous les transformations du «printemps arabe» , la société civile , a réussi cinétique de déstabiliser les systèmes politiques arabes ; lui-même considéré pendant de longues périodes de temps , , surtout après les mouvements violents a échoué dans les années précédentes, comme les groupes de l'Islam politique.
