الملخص
The Social Impact of khul 'and Divorce in the Islamic Maghreb Through the book of el miaayar lilwancharissi The books of jurisprudential are rich in issues of khul 'and divorce, which have emerged in a country of the Islamic Maghreb. Through this study we will try to investigate and follow these issues and their impact on the Islamic Maghreb society. What are the reasons that led to khul ' and divorce? And what are the implications of such issues to society in the Islamic Maghreb.
