الملخص
Many recent Studies stressed that the importance of elnawazil elfiqhia, as a jurisprudential branch emerged by the Moroccans, is that it helps in identifying the conditions of society for the questions raised by the interaction of various components. The books of elnawazil are thus a record of all other aspects of life, in their social, economic, intellectual, legislative, architectural, political and historical dimensions, which lack other aspects, In this way, the historian can take advantage of the richness of its material to reveal what the historical works could not reveal.
