دور الشرطة القضائية في حماية حقوق الضحية المتعلقة بشخصه

الملخص
تضطلع الشرطة القضائية بدور مهم وبارز في توفير الحماية اللازمة لشخص الضحية وذلك من خلال عمليات البحث والتحري التي تقوم بها في سبيل الكشف عن الجريمة وضبط الجناة، فمن الواجبات القانونية للشرطة القضائية استقبال شكاوى الضحايا، وإعمالا لذلك يفترض أن تقوم بمعاملتهم معاملة حسنة وتهدأ من روعهم خاصة في جرائم العرض وتقوم بتوجيههم إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الصحيحة للحصول على حقوقهم، وتقديم المساعدات اللازمة وتوفير الرعاية الطبية والنفسية وعلى رجال الشرطة إيلاء أهمية خاصة لفئات معينة من الضحايا كالأطفال والنساء، بالإضافة إلى كل هذه الأدوار التي تقوم بها الشرطة القضائية عليها أن تعمل على حماية الحياة الخاصة لضحايا الجريمة وذلك بالتستر على أسرارهم ومنع كل متطفل يريد الكشف عنها وخاصة رجال الإعلام، وذلك لن يحصل إلا بالحفاظ على سرية التحقيق. Judicial police has an important and prominent role in providing the necessary protection to the victim person through research and investigation operations carried out inorder to detect the crime and catch the culprits, among the police duties is to recieve the victims complaints, Pursuant to this, it is supposed to treat them well and to calm them Especially in the honor crimes and directing them to make the right legal procedures to get their rights, giving the necessary assistance and providing medical and psychological care, in addition to that the police should pay particular attention to certain categories of victims such as children and women, As well as all of these roles made by the judicial police, it should work to protect the private lives of the crime victims by covering up all their secrets and prevent any intruder wants disclosed especially media, that will not happen except by preserving the investigation confidentiality.
