الهدف من هذا البحث هو دراسة تطبيق نموذج الإدارة العامة الجديد في قطاع الصحة في الجزائر منذ عام . التحليل المتبع، تجريبي مبنى على تقارير من المؤسسات الدولية (منظمة الصحة العالمية والبنك الدولي)، وعن تقارير ودراسات من مختلف الوزارات الجزائرية. نتائج البحث توضح مجموعة من القيود ومحدودية النموذج المتبنى إلى حد أنه يفضل تخصيص الموارد من السوق بدلا من التدخل الحكومي كمؤسسة التنظيم الهادف لتعزيز الصحة في الجزائر. This paper aims to study the application of the New Public Management’s model in the health sector in Algeria since . The empirical analysis is twofold: ) based on reports from international institutions (WHO, World Bank), ) based on reports and studies of various Algerian ministries. In conclusion, we show the limits of this model to the extent that it favors allocation of resources by the market rather than by the intervention of the State as an institution of significant regulation for the promotion of health in Algeria.
