The advent of the health crisis due to Covid-19 has disrupted the management practices of companies. Studying the close link between responsible communication and the search for cohesion is one of the strategic concerns of new avenues for directing the company towards a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach in crisis situations. In this context, we will attempt to assess the perception of actors and managers in some Algerian companies through interview guides. The results obtained affirm that the presence of an adapted and contextually coherent responsible communication policy within the company is the means to listen to and respond to the new requirements of social and organizational cohesion of human resources within the company.
