The Strategy For Attaining Environmental Security In The Renewable Energy Sector

Abstract
The world witnessed great and profound transformation following the unprecedented economies development resulting notably from the evolution of the emerging countries’ economies. In light of the environmental changes that are taking place in the world as a whole of climatic changes .due to the excessive consumption of energy conventional sources, which results in various forms of resource by meeting the current generations and preserving the rights of future generations. This study focuses on Algeria, with a view to reach the creation and the achievement of the sustainable development by promoting renewable energies, as one of strategic options to meet energy current and future needs, Algeria has immense natural resource in this respect and particularly solar energy ,and from the other hard to guarantee a gradual transition to clean and non-polluting energies and envirenomtal planning in the investment to the recourses renewable energies programs. يشهد العالم تحولات كبيرة وعميقة عقب التنمية الاقتصادية, وذلك في ظل المتغيرات البيئية التي يشهدها من تغيرات مناخية بسبب الاستهلاك المفرط لمصادر الطاقة التقليدية, والذي ينتج عنه مختلف اشكال تلوث الماء والهواء والتربة, وتسعى العديد من الدول الى ترشيد استغلال الموارد من خلال تلبية احتياجات الاجيال الحالية والحفاظ على حق الاجيال القادمة, وقد ركزنا في دراستنا هذه على حالة الجزائر بهدف الوصول الى احداث وتحقيق الامن البيئي في اطار التنمية المستدامة من خلال ترقية الطاقات المتجددة باعتبارها احدى الخيارات الاستراتيجية لحماية البيئة, وتلبية الاحتياجات الحالية والمستقبلية من الطاقة بفضل ما تملكه الجزائر من امكانيات هائلة في هذا المجال خاصة الطاقة الشمسية, والتحول التدريجي نحو الطاقة النظيفة وغير الملوثة, والاستثمار في هذه الموارد من خلال وضع برامج الطاقات المتجددة والتخطيط البيئي لها.
