Abstract

Regarding the many problems that exist in public sector in Algeria, the quality of working life is one of the important challenges in any public system.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of quality of working life among medical staff in Algeria. Data was obtained from a sample of 33 employees, using questionnaire instrument. The statistical program SPSS is used to test the hypotheses using the following statistical methods: the mean, the standard deviation and, one sample t test, The most important findings of the study are as follows: There are degree of of quality of work life at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية بمستشفى قصر الحيران الأغواط، استهدفت الدراسة عينة العاملين في مؤسسة محل الدراسة بهدف استطلاع آرائهم لاختبار مدى صحة الفرضيات، وتضمنت الاستبانة الموزعة للدراسة أربع فقرات تحتوي على المحاور الرئيسية، وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية من 33 عامل، تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الطرق الإحصائية التالية: المتوسط، والانحراف المعياري، واختبار t لعينة واحدة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي: توجد مستوى من جودة الحياة الوظيفية عند مستوى دلالة (α ≥ 0.05)..
