العدالة الاجتماعية ودورها في حماية المجتمع

الملخص
ملخص: نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، تسليط الضوء على موضوع العدالة الاجتماعية ودورها في حماية المجتمع، فهي من الموضوعات الراهنة حيث شغلت اهتمام الباحثين، باعتبارها إحدى التحدّيات التي تفرض نفسها على جميع المستويات الدولية، وقد أصبحت تواجه الأسرة والمجتمعات العربية عامة، والمجتمع الجزائري على وجه الخصوص. وعلى هذا الأساس؛ فإنّنا اليوم في أمس الحاجة وأكثر من أي وقت مضى إلى تأصيل هذه العلاقة، فالعدالة الاجتماعية حجر الزاوية في حماية الفرد. كما أنّ قيمة العدالة الاجتماعية وأهميتها، تظهر في العلاقة المتينة التي تربط بينهما، وعلى قدر العدالة الاجتماعية تتكوّن شخصية الفرد وحماية المجتمع. وقد لجأ الباحث إلى استخدام المنهج الوصفي،وتبعا لذلك؛ فإنّ هذا البحث يهدف إلى تقديم دراسة وصفية تحليلية. ومن هذا المنطلق؛ يمكننا أن نتساءل عن مدى مساهمة العدالة الاجتماعية في حماية المجتمع الجزائري، ومن ثم تقديم مجموعة من الحلول المقترحة، وتجاوز التحديات نحو آفاق المواطن المشبع بقيم العدالة الاجتماعية، وثقافة الوعي الإيجابي في تطوير بلده واستمرار حضارته. كلمات مفتاحية: العدل؛ العدالة الاجتماعية؛ الدور، المجتمع؛ حماية المجتمع . Abstract: Through this research paper, we are trying to shed light on the issue of social justice and its role in protecting society. It is one of the current topics that has occupied the attention of researchers, as it is one of the challenges that imposes itself at all international levels, and has become facing the family and Arab societies in general. And Algerian society in particular. basing on this; Today, more than ever, we are in dire need to consolidate this relationship, as social justice is the cornerstone of protecting the individual. The value and importance of social justice appears in the strong relationship between them. The extent of social justice determines the personality of the individual and the protection of society. The researcher resorted to using the descriptive approach, and accordingly; This research aims to provide a descriptive and analytical study. From this point on; We can ask ourselves to what extent social justice contributes to protecting Algerian society. Then, presenting a set of proposed solutions and overcoming challenges towards the horizons of a citizen who is imbued with the values of social justice and a culture of positive awareness in the development of his country and the continuation of its civilization.
