الإمامة في الفكر الإسلامي ( دراسة في تأصيلاتها الفقهية السياسية عند أهل السنة والجماعة) Imamate In Islamic Thought (a Study Of Its Jurisprudential And Political Foundations According To The The Followers Of Al-sunna And Algamaa)

Abstract
The scholars of the Islamic nation were interested in legislating the ruling system in Islam, and it was a subject of controversy and disagreement according to the visions and points of view that were presented. The consensus of the Sunnis there was no evidence in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet to stipulate an Islamic personality in itself who could succeed the Prophet Muhammad in ruling the nation. It is up to the Companions of the Messenger of God, especially the people of solution and contract to choose the person qualified to succeed the prophet , and the rightly guided caliphate is considered the example that must be followed in choosing the caliph in every time and place in terms of the method of selection , the characteristics of the chosen one, the qualifications of the person who has the right to choose, and the responsibility on whoever assumes the caliphate towards the nation. From a historical standpoint, you will not find an era in which the system of government was not discussed .The jurists paid attention to the ideal characteristics of the imam, his wealth, and what he owed to the nation. You will not find a book that deals with the subject of caliphate and imamate except that it is loaded with the principles and values that must characterize the leader and ruler of the nation. Most jurists simulate the practical reality of the period of the Rashidun Caliphate and ignore what comes after it and write for preaching and guidance. Perhaps there are those who adhere to and compare their ruling to the ruling of the Rashidun Caliphate. We have followed in it many opinions of the jurists whose ideas and visions coincide in. the importance of the Caliphate for the Islamic nation. In this research several topics were discussed, the most important of which is the imamate, its concept and its meaning in the Holy Qur’an and the noble Sunnah of the Prophet. We followed the opinions of the jurists on the imamate and in the political jurisprudential works that dealt with the imamate in individual works. أهتم علماء الأمة الإسلامية في التشريع لنظام الحكم في الاسلام ، وكان محط خلاف واختلاف وفق الرؤى ووجهات النظر التي طرحت على مر السنين والأيام ، وذهب إجماع أهل السنة والجماعة بعدم وجود دليل ناهض من كتاب الله وسنة نبيه بالنص على شخصية إسلامية بحد ذاتها يمكن أن تخلف النبي (صلى الله عليه وعلى آله) في حكم الأمة ، وأن الأمر متروك لصحابة رسول الله ولاسيما أهل الحل والعقد لاختيار الشخص المؤهل لخلافة النبي ، وعُدت الخلافة الراشدة المثال الذي يجب أن يُحتذى به في اختيار الخليفة في كل زمان ومكان من حيث طريقة الاختيار وصفات المختار ومؤهلات من يحق له الاختيار والمسؤولية الملقاة على عاتق من يتولى الخلافة اتجاه الأمة ويكاد يُجمع فقهاء الأمة من طوائف أهل السنة والجماعة أن ما بعد الخلافة الراشدة لا يوجد نظام حكم مثالي سوى حكم ( عمر بن عبد العزيز ) الذي ناهز العامين وما قبله وما بعده ملك عضوض كان بعيد كل البعد عن مبادىء الرسالة المحمدية . أهتم الفقهاء في صفات الإمام المثالية وماله وما عليه تجاه الأمة وكذلك في صفات أهل الحل والعقد ومسؤوليتهم في اختيار الإمام ولا تجد كتاب يتناول موضوع الخلافة والإمامة إلا وهو مشحون بالمبادئ والقيم التي يجب أن يتصف بها قائد الأمة وحاكمها . هذا البحث غايته الوقوف على الجانب النظري من قضية الإمامة لتبيان أهميتها عند الجميع ، فمعظم الفقهاء يحاكي الواقع العملي لمدة الخلافة الراشدة ويتجاهل ما بعدها ويكتب للوعظ والارشاد لعل هناك من يلتزم ويقارن حكمه بحكم الخلافة الراشدة ، تتبعنا في البحث الكثير من آراء الفقهاء التي تتطابق أفكارهم ورؤاهم في أهمية الخلافة للأمة الإسلامية .
