الاستدلال بالصحابة في النوازل العقدية عند علماء الغرب الإسلامي

الملخص
إنّ للصحابة ذكرا واسعا في مصنفات علماء الغرب الإسلامي، تعظيما ونصرة واستدلالا، فقد عنوا بآثارهم الفقهية ومذاهبهم الفروعية في دوواينهم أيما عناية، فهل نالوا العناية نفسها في الجانب العقدي؟ وإلى أي مدى كان اعتمادهم على سبيلهم وآثارهم في أجوبتهم على النوازل العقدية؟ والغاية من هذه البحث الكشف عن حقيقة اعتماد المغاربة على آثار الصحابة في نوازل العقيدة احتجاجا واستئناسا، ولبيان ذلك اعتمدت المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنتاجي، مع الاكتفاء بعرض نماذج وأمثلة من تطبيقاتهم، فجاء البحث في مبحثين، أكشف في الأول عن منزلة الصحابة عند علماء الغرب الإسلامي وموقفهم من الطعن فيهم، وأبيّن في الثاني حقيقة الاستدلال بهدي الصحابة وآثارهم في النوازل العقدية، وقد خلص البحث إلى أنّ الاعتماد على الصحابة في الأجوبة على النوازل العقدية أصل هام في الاستدلال لدى علماء الغرب الإسلامي، اتباعا لإمام المذهب الإمام مالك ــــ رحمه الله ـــ، وأنّ علماء الغرب الإسلامي يحتجون بالصحابة جميعهم، في صورة المنهج والسبيل الذي كانوا عليه، ويستدلون بآثارهم وأقوالهم المنقولة عن أفرادهم وآحادهم. Abstract: With Glorification, victory and inference, the Companions are widely known in the works of the scholars of the Islamic West. They took great care of their jurisprudential effects and their branch doctrines in their books, so did they receive the same care in the doctrinal aspect? And to what extent did they rely on their path and their effects in their answers to doctrinal controversial issues? The aim of this research is to reveal the truth about the dependence of Maghrebins on the effects of the Companions in the controversial issues of the doctrine in protest and domestication. To illustrate this, I adopted the inductive and deductive approach, with only the presentation of models and examples of their applications, the research came in two sections, revealing in the first about the status of the Companions when the scholars of the Islamic West and their position on contesting them, and I show in the second the fact of inference by the guidance of the Companions and their effects in the doctrinal controversial issues, the research concluded that relying on the Companions in the answers to the doctrinal controversial issues is an important asset in the inference of the scholars of the Islamic West, following the Imam of the doctrine Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, and that scholars of the Islamic West invoke all the Companions, in the form of the method and the path they were on, and refer to their effects and sayings transmitted from their members and individuals.
