Abstract

Abstract : Food industries are considered a strategic alternative on which the Algerian government relies to promote exports outside of hydrocarbon and eliminate food dependence abroad, on the one hand, and diversify sources of national income on the other hand. But, and despite the policies and programs and privileges provided by the state to develop the food industry sector, basic and necessary food expenses such as cereals, milk, oils and meats, cost millions of dollars each year up to 'nowadays.
