النزعة النقدية عند ابن عاشور من خلال التحرير والتنوير

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز النزعة النقدية عند ابن عاشور من خلال تفسيره التحرير والتنوير ، فهذا المؤلَّف قد تضمن نفسا نقديا قويا شمل العديد من المجالات كاللغة والعقيدة والفقه والأصول والمرويات ، كما أن الشيخ تفنن في استعمال الأساليب والصيغ النقدية مما يدل على جودة صنعته النقدية ، وقد ذكرت في هذه الدراسة بعضا من هذه المجالات والأساليب والصيغ موضحا لها بالنماذج. كما أنني ترجمت للشيخ ابن عاشور باختصار وذكرت أهم العوامل التي ساهمت في تكون شخصيته النقدية وأشرت إلى بعض مؤلفاته التي تعكس تلك النزعة . Sciences are known as being cumulative based on both construction and criticism. This feature is also found in sciences of interpretation ,since it was founded on diversity and overlap between arts to clarify the meaning of the Holy Qu’ran . In this article, there will be an attempt to highlight the critical tendency in the book of Al tahrir by Al –Taher bin Ashur mainly on different levels including language, belief, jurisprudence and assets. Therefore, this study is undertaken to clear up this tendency by following the critical method as well as the formulas of ibn Ashur. Moreover ,it will identify the most important scientific factors influencing the critical personality of Ibn Ashur-May Allah have mercy on him-.
