The Level Of Psychological Burnout Among Coaches Of Athletes With Motor Disabilities

Abstract
The study aimed to identify Burnout factors levels and also differences in factors of burnout for coaches of athletes with disabilities, according type of activity variable and variable field experience, so use the descriptive method of subject matter, in order to achieve this, the research was conducted on a sample of 26 coaches (2019/2020), so they applied the scale factors of psychological burnout design of Hassan Allawi (1996). Showed after statistical of the raw of search results: Factors of burnout are moderately. And also showed differences in burnout factors for coaches of athletes with disability, by type of activity and this variable in favor of collective sports coaches, as well as differences, according to variant field experience and this for the benefit of their experience of trainers under.
