الملخص
يحظى موضوع السلامة المهنية بمكانة مهمة في مجال العمل والتنظيم، نظرا للدور الهام الذي يلعبه العامل الإنساني داخل التنظيمات مهما كان نوعها، سواء كانت اقتصادية أو خدماتية، فبات من الضروري الاهتمام بالعامل الذي يعتبر محور العملية المهنية والاقتصادية، فالمورد البشري يعتبر أساس العملية الإنتاجية. ولقد شكلت السلامة المهنية عاملا أساسيا لأرباب العمل عامة والعاملين خاصة، فبات من الضروري على المسؤولين الوقوف على سلامة العامل داخل المنشأة الصناعية بتوفير وسائل الوقاية الفردية والجماعية، وهذا من أجل الحد من ظاهرة حوادث العمل وتحقيق الرفاهية للعامل وتحسين ظروف العمل والاهتمام بالعوامل الهامة التي توفر للعامل الصحة والسلامة مهنيا والعيش في بيئة عمل نظيفة وصحية خالية من مختلف الأخطار الصناعية التي تحول دون تحقيق السلامة المهنية، إذ وجب على المؤسسات بمختلف أنواعها الاهتمام والحث على تطبيق قواعد السلامة المهنية في بيئة العمل من أجل الحد من حوادث وإصابات العمل والأمراض المهنية، وذلك بالاهتمام بتحسين ظروف العمل الفيزيقية وتوفير ظروف عمل ملائمة للعاملين أجل الوصل إلى أعلى مستويات الأداء. وتأتي هذه المداخلة كمقاربة نظرية وذلك لتسليط الضوء على أسباب حوادث وإصابات العمل والأمراض المهنية، واستراتيجيات الوقاية منها. Abstract: The issue of occupationnel safety has an important place in the Field of Works and Organizations, due to the important role That the human factor plays within organizations of any type, whether economic or service. It has become necessary to pay attention to the worker who is considered the focus of the professional and economic process, as the human resource is considered the basis of the production process. Occupational safety has constituted an essential factor for employers in general and workers in particular. It has become necessary for officials to ensure the safety of the worker within the industrial facility by providing individual and collective means of prevention. This is in order to reduce the phenomenon of work accidents, achieve well-being for the worker, improve working conditions, and pay attention to the important factors that provide the worker with Occupational health and safety and living in a clean and healthy work environment free of various industrial hazards that prevent the achievement of occupational safety. Institutions of all types must pay attention and urge the application of occupational safety rules in the work environment in order to reduce accidents, work injuries and occupational diseases, by paying attention to improving Physical working conditions and providing appropriate working conditions for workers in order to reach the highest levels of .performance This intervention comes as a theoretical approach to shed light on the causes of accidents, work injuries, and occupational diseases, and strategies for Prevention them.
