الملخص: تبحث هذه الدّراسة في التّأويل اللّغوي عند القاضي عبد الجبّار أهمّ رؤوس المعتزلة، بمناقشة قضايا الفكر اللّغوي عنده؛ منطلقاته وضوابطه وآثاره، موضوع هذا هو الفكر هو الكلام، وبما أنّ الكلام الإلهي (القرآن الكريم) من جنس الكلام البشري فإنّ البحث اللّغوي يمرّ عليهما معا ويتداخل، ففي الأوّل تقوم المبادئ الاعتقادية مقام أدلّة عقليّة تُسيّجُ عمليّة التّأويل وتحفظه من الانفلات والانحراف، ويكونُ التّأويل آخذا الملمح العقلي لأنّه تابعٌ إلى مبدأ عقليّ هو معرفة الله تعالى، ويكونُ التّأويل في الكلام البشريّ باستخراج الدّلالات اللّغوية من الكلام المنجَز باعتماد حال المتكلّم والضّوابط اللّغوية والتّداوليّة ، والمعتزلة يعدّون المواضعة من مفاتيح التّأويل المناسب، فمن نواتِجها المُباشِرة وجودُ الاحتمال في الكلام، والتّعدّد والتّحوّل الدّلاليَين، وهي ظواهر تحدّدها مصلحة المتلقّي المدعوّ دوما إلى إعمال عقله لردّ ما يبدو متعارضا في الكلام إلى دائرة الانسجام والقبول. Abstract:This study examines linguistic interpretation as a witness to the uniqueness of the Islamic mind, since divine speech is of the genus of human speech, linguistic research passes over them both, so, the principles of belief are based on mental evidence surrounding interpretation and should not be exceeded, because it is subordinate to a mental principle that is the prior knowledge of ALLAH, linguistic interpretation is by extracting semantics from accomplished speech, Thus, a convention retreat is one the key to proper interpretation, and one of products is semantic probability, multiplicity and transformation , phenomena justified by the interest of the recipient, that is always invited to consider and reason to return the conflicting in speech to the harmony and acceptance
