الملخص
انطلاقا من واقع الدراسات المصطلحية في شتى العلوم الشرعية الذي أضحى يعطي ذوقا جديدا للتعامل مع هذه العلوم تحاول هذه الورقة معالجة إشكالِ رصدٍ للمصطلح المقاصدي في محاولات المتقدمين و تقويمٍ لجهود المعاصرين بهدف المساهمة في تصوُّر هذا المصطلح سياقا و نسقا، وقد سلك صاحبها في تحرير مضمونها مسلك التتبع والاستقراء و الوصف للمعتمَد من مدونات و مظان هذا المصطلح، بدءا ببيان حقيقته، ومرورا بالحديث عن نشأته و إبراز وظيفته، ثم وصولا إلى منهج وضعه. Based on terminological studies in various religious sciences, this paper tries to address the problem of monitoring the term in applicants' attempts and evaluating the efforts of contemporaries with a view to contributing to the conception of the term in context and format. And its author has gone through the course of tracking, extrapolation and description of the certified blogs and umbrellas of this term, Starting with the statement of his truth, going through the talk of growing up and highlighting his job, and then down to the curriculum of his development.
