الملخص

مَسْأَلَةُ نَقْضِ الْوُضُوْءِ بِأَكْلِ لَحْمِ الِْإبِلِ مِنَ الْمَسائِلِ الَّتِيْ اِخْتَلَفَ فِيْها أَنْظارُ الْفُقَهاءِ وَدارَ حَوْلَها نِقاشٌ؛ لِذلِكَ اِنْقَسَمُوا إِلى فِرْقَتَيْنِ: فِرْقَةٌ ذَهَبَتْ إلى أَنَّ أَكْلَ لَحْمِ الْإبِلِ لا يَنْقُضُ الْوُضُوْءَ وَهُمُ الْأَحْنافُ وَالْمالِكِيَّةُ وَجُمْهُوْرُ الشّافِعِيَّةِ رَحِمَهُمُ اللهُ تَعالى. وَفِرْقَةٌ ذَهَبَتْ إلى أَنَّ أَكْلَ لَحْمِ الْإبِلِ يَنْقُضُ الْوُضُوْءَ وَهُمُ الْحَنابِلَةُ وَالظّاهِرِيَّةُ وَبَعْضُ الشّافِعِيَّةِ رَحِمَهُمُ اللهُ تَعالى. The issue of violating ablution by eating camel meat is one of the issues in which the jurists' views differed and a discussion took place around it. That is why they were divided into two sects: a sect held that eating camel meat does not invalidate ablution. They are the Hanafis, the Malikis, and the majority of the Shafi'is, may God Almighty have mercy on them. And a group held that eating camel meat invalidates ablution. They are the Hanbalis, the Dhahiris, and some of the Shafi'is, may God Almighty have mercy on them.
