ملخص: يعرف العالم اليوم سلسلة من الحروب المفضية إلى اللجوء الإنساني، والصحراء الغربية إحدى هذه البؤر التي تشهد إلى يومنا هذا حربا بكل مقاييسها، حيث تواترت النزاعات منذ أن تشكلت الجمهورية العربية الصحراوية الديمقراطية في نوفمبر 1976 كدولة متكاملة الأركان، خاض فيها جيشها معاركه ضد الجيش المغربي، أين لعبت المرأة الصحراوية أدوارا بارزة. وبتفاقم الأزمة وزيادة التضييق والمعاملات اللاإنسانية اضطرت رفقة أبنائها إلى اللجوء إلى منطقة تندوف الجزائرية وذلك منذ 46 سنة. حيث سأهتم في هذه الدراسة بالبحث النظري، ومن خلال معاينتي الشخصية بالزيارة الميدانية التي قمت بها، حول أوضاع المرأة الصحراوية في مجتمع اللجوء من جهة، والآليات المسخرة لحمايتها وكفالة حقوقها من جهة أخرى، مع محاولة التقييم والوقوف على أبرز الاحتياجات القائمة إلى يومنا هذا. Abstract: The world has seen a series of wars resulting in human asylum, and Western Sahara is one of those outposts that is witnessing a war by all accounts. Conflicts have recurred since the formation of the Saharawi Arab Democratic Republic in November 1976 as an integrated state, in which its army fought against Moroccan army, where Sahrawi women played a prominent role. With the aggravation of the crisis, harassment and inhumane treatment, Sahrawi women, together with their children, had been forced to seek refuge in the Algerian region of Tindouf for 46 years. In this study, I will be interested in theoretical research, through my personal observation of the Sahrawi women's conditions by means of a field visit in the asylum on the one hand, and on the other hand, on the mechanisms exploited to protect them and ensure their rights, while trying to assess and identify their needs.
