الملخص
The relationship of philosophy with jurisprudence is one of the relations that is characterized by instability, as Islamic thought divided philosophers and jurists into different currents and doctrines, between those who support philosophy and those who deny it, between those who adhere to the text as the basic reference in diligence and thinking, and between a reason for using reason in understanding the universe and man and even interpreting religious texts . One of these jurists is Ibn Hazm Al-Andalusi علاقة الفلسفة بالفقه من العلاقات التي تتسم بعدم الاستقرار، حيث انقسم الفكر الإسلامي فلاسفة وفقهاء بإزائها إلى تيارات ومذاهب مختلفة، بين مؤيد للفلسفة وبين منكر لها، بين متمسك بالنص باعتباره المرجعية الأساسية في الاجتهاد والتفكير وبين داع لاستعمال العقل في فهم الكون والإنسان بل وتأويل النصوص الدينية. ومن هؤلاء الفقهاء ابن حزم الأندلسي
