الملخص
الملخص سوسيولوجيا المصاهرات (اسهامات ،اخفاقات) يعتمد العديد من البُحاث المنهج المادي الشمولي الدراسة الظواهر الاجتماعية"السوسيولوجيا " مهتمين بدارسة ما بات يعرف بطبقة المهمشين ؛للوصول إلي التفسير الشامل الظاهرة الاجتماعية /اصولها /تطورها /نتائجها /مستخدمين في طرحهم اسقاطات محددة (تاريخية في اغلب الاحوال ) لفهم تاريخ الظواهر الاجتماعية و التنبئي بأهم نتائجها من اجل تصور قد يساعد في فهم الظاهرة و استيعابها دونما تجاهل باقي المناهج و لا سميا المنهج الاستنباطي والمقارن المقارنة الروايات واستنباط الاحكام . سيكون عنوان بحثي بهذا الرسم ("سوسيولوجيا المصاهرات "اسهامات ــ اخفاقات" ( اسبانيا انموذجا دراسة تاريخية ) بحيث يكون الاسقاط التاريخي في هذا العمل على ما اضحى يعرف بطبقة "المؤلدين" في المجتمع الاسباني وهم إبناء الجنود الفاتحين المسلمين لإسبانيا من النساء الإسبانيات ؛حيث الثقافات المختلفة بين الازواج فكيف تعامل المجتمع مع هذه الطبقة /ضوابطها الشرعية وافرازاتها المجتمعية . Abstract: Sociology of affinities, contributions and failures Many researchers adopt the comprehensive materialistic approach to study social phenomena "sociology". They are interested in studying what has become known as the marginalized class, in order to reach a comprehensive explanation of the social phenomenon / its origins / development / results / using specific projections (in most cases historical) to understand the history of social phenomena and Predictive with its most important results for a visualization that may help in understanding and assimilating the phenomenon without ignoring the rest of the approaches, especially the deductive and comparative approaches, comparative narrations and eliciting judgments. The title of my research will be in this drawing (“Sociology of Intermarriages” Contributions – Failures” (Spain as a historical study model) so that the historical projection in this work is on what has become known as the “born” class in Spanish society and they are the sons of the Spanish women conquering Muslim soldiers of Spain; where cultures different between spouses. How does society deal with this class / its legal controls and societal secretions? Keywords: marriage, Andalusia, Islam, mixing, cultures.
