الملخص
إنَّ المقال يتناول موضوع جودة الحياة لدى المراهقين المصابين بالصرع، بحيث يعتبر هذا الأخير اضطراب عصبي يتسم بنوبات متكررة غير مبررة، وهو أحد أكثر الأمراض المزمنة شيوعا له عواقب جسدية ونفسية، وتشير الدراسات السابقة إلى أن أعراض الصرع تؤثر بشكل كبير على جودة حياة المصابين بالصرع، وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التطرق إلى جودة الحياة عند المراهقين المصابين بالصرع وذلك اعتمادا على بعض الدراسات السابقة التي تطرقت اليها، فمن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سيتم التعرف على مرض الصرع، ومعنى جودة الحياة ومختلف النظريات المفسرة له، بالإضافة إلى مختلف الدراسات التي تطرقت إلى جودة الحياة عند مرضى الصرع بالتعليق والتعقيب عن نتائجها. ومن بين أهم النتائج التي خلصت اليها هذه الورقة العلمية هي أن الدراسات التي تناولت موضوع جودة الحياة لدى المراهقين المصابين بالصرع كانت أجنبية أكثر مقارنة بالعربية، وأن تصور جودة الحياة عند الفرد عامة والمراهق المصاب بالصرع خاصة مرتبط بعدة عوامل من جوانب الحياة كالجانب الصحي النفسي والاجتماعي. The article deals with the issue of quality of life for adolescents with epilepsy, as the latter is considered a neurological disorder characterized by recurrent unexplained seizures, and it is one of the most common chronic diseases with physical and psychological consequences. Previous studies indicate that epilepsy symptoms greatly affect the quality of life of epileptics. The current study aims to deal with the quality of life of adolescents with epilepsy, based on some of the previous studies that I have mentioned. Through this research paper, epilepsy will be identified, as well as the meaning of quality of life and the various theories that explain it, in addition to the various studies that dealt with the quality of life of patients with epilepsy by commenting their results. Among the most important findings of this scientific paper is that the studies that dealt with the issue of quality of life among adolescents with epilepsy were more foreign compared to Arabic ones. Moreover, the perception of quality of life for the individual in general and the adolescent with epilepsy in particular is linked to several factors in life aspects such as the psychological and social health aspects.
