إشكالية الاسترقاق بين المصادر المحلية والأرشيف الفرنسي معراج الصعود لأحمد بابا التنمبكتي و وثيقة من أرشيف ما وراء البحار - نموذجا -

الملخص:. نحاول من خلال هذه الورقات أن نعالج ازدواجية الخطاب الفرنسي بصفة خاصة والغربي عامة من قضية الاسترقاق من جهة، وموقف الإسلام من هذه الظاهرة والحكمة التي احتوتها الشريعة الإسلامية في معالجتها لهذه الظاهرة، على اعتبار أن الاسترقاق كان موجودا قبل بعثة الرسول ﷺ ، فكان من الأهمية بمكان التعرض إلى رأي النخبة من المجتمع الغربي من فلاسفة ومفكرين من تجارة الرقيق، ثم نحاول كشف حقيقة ظاهرة الاسترقاق عند الفرنسيين من ساسة وقادة عسكريين وشخصيات بارزة من خلال الوثائق الأرشيفية الفرنسية، وكيف وظَّف ضباط الجيش الفرنسي لظاهرة الرق في مشروعهم الاستعماري الاستيطاني الفرنسي للجزائر بصفة خاصة، ومقارنة ذلك بحقيقة ظاهرة الاسترقاق في المصادر الإسلامية المحلية مثل ''معراج الصعود إلى نيل حُكم مَجْلب السود'' لأحمد بابا التنمبكتي و بعض المصادر الأخرى، و بالتالي كشف ازدواجية الخطاب لدى الاستعمار بين ما تطبقه في الواقع و ما تعلنه للاستهلاك بهدف تضليل الرأي العام. الكلمات المفتاحية: اتجارة الرق، المشروع الاستيطاني، الاحتلال الفرنسي، قانون الرق، المجتمع المسلم، السيرة النبوية، السودان الغربي، الجزائر . Abstract : : Through this article, we try to address the duality of the French discourse in particular and the Western discourse in general concerning the question of slavery on the one hand, as well as the position of Islam on this phenomenon and the wisdom contained in Islamic law in the face of slavery, given that slavery existed before the mission of our Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). So it was important to expose the opinion of the elite of Western society, including philosophers and thinkers regarding the slave trade, and then we try to find out the truth about the phenomenon of slavery among the French at through French archival documents, and how French army officers exploited the phenomenon of slavery in their colonial project of French colonization in Algeria in particular, and to compare this with the reality of the phenomenon of slavery in local Islamic sources such as "Mi'raj of The Ascension to know the judgment of the blacks brought by force «of Ahmed Baba, Timbukti" and a few other sources, thus revealing the double discourse of colonialism between what it applies in reality and what it proclaims loud and clear in order to mislead public opinion.
