العملية العسكرية الروسية في سوريا و إنعكاساتها إقليميا و دوليا (2015-2018)

الملخص
تناولت هذه الدراسة الأسباب التي أدت إلى انطلاق العملية العسكرية الروسية في سوريا سنة 2015 وانعكاساتها على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي، بالإضافة إلى تحديد غاياتها وحدودها، والتركيز على الأهداف التي حققتها في الميدان،وقد بينت هذه الدراسة أنّ موسكو حاولت من خلال تدخلها عسكريا في سوريا إستعادة نفوذها إقليميا ودوليا من خلال لعب دور مؤثر في منطقة الشرق الأوسط لمواجهة نزعة الهيمنة الأمريكية وحماية مصالحها في المنطقة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تدخل روسيا عسكريا في سوريا أدى إلى تغيرات سياسية وعسكرية داخل سوريا كما كانت له تداعيات على الأطراف المنخرطة في النزاع على المستوى الإقليمي وأسس كذلك لإعادة هيكلة النظام الدولي برمته. This study dealt with the reasons that led to the launch of the Russian military operation in Syria in 2015 and its repercussions at the regional and international levels, in addition to determining its goals and limits, and focusing on the goals it achieved in the field. This study showed that Moscow tried, through its military intervention in Syria, to regain its hegemony regionally and internationally by playing an influential role in the Middle East region to confront the American presence and maintain Russian influence in the region. The study concluded that Russia's military intervention in Syria led to political and military changes inside Syria it has also had repercussions on the parties involved in the conflict at the regional level and has also established the restructuring of the entire international system.
