الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: يعالج هذا المقال تاريخ الولاية السادسة التاريخية من حيث نشأتها وتطورها ومختلف الحوادث التي عرفتها على مستوى هيكلتها وقيادتها. وذلك من خلال طرح مجموعة من الاشكاليات والأسئلة التقنية ومحاولة الاجابة عنها بالمزج بين الروايات والمصادر التاريخية الأساسية والتحليل ومقارنة هذه الروايات. فالولاية السادسة التاريخية ولاية شاسعة المساحة واستراتيجية الموقع والحدود وغنية بالثروات خاصة البترول والغاز اللذين راهنت عليهما السلطات الاستعمارية. لذلك تزايدت أهميتها خلال الثورة التحريرية، ولكن هذه الولاية عانت كثيرا من مشكلة فراغ القيادة والقرارات السريعة بحلها وتحويل أجزاء ومناطق منها لصالح ولايات أخرى وهو الأمر الذي أثّر على نشاطها الثوري. لكن هذه القرارات المتسرعة وغير الدقيقة والبعيدة عن الميدان لك تمنع هذه الولاية من أداء دورها الوطني العسكري خاصة مع تزايد سعي السلطات الفرنسية لسياسة فصل الصحراء الجزائرية عن الشمال الجزائري. Abstract : This article deals with the problem of the sixth historical wilaya through its birth and its development as well as the various events it has known at the level of its structure and its leadership and that by posing a certain number of problems and technical questions by trying to answer them by mixing the different novels, the fundamental historical sources as well as the analysis and the comparison between these novels. The sixth Wilaya is a Wilaya of a vast area and also a strategic wilaya for its position and its limits, it is also rich in resources especially oil and gas which represented the bet of the French colonial authorities, that is why its importance has increased during the national liberation revolution. but this wilaya suffered a lot from the absence of leadership as well as the hasty decisions consisting in its resolution and the transformation of parts and regions of it to other wilayas, which influenced its revolutionary acts ;especially with the intention of the French authorities to separate the Sahara from the Algerian territory.
