تأثير التهديدات اللاتماثلية على الأمن الوطني الجزائري

الملخص
سنحاول التطرق في هذه الورقة الى أهم التهديدات اللاتماثيلية التي تؤثر على الأمن الوطني الجزائري،في ظل التغييرات التي شهدها مفهوم الأمن من تقليدي يعتمد على القوة العسكرية الى الأمن الموسع يشمل عديد مجالات سياسية اقتصادية اجتماعية ، و التي جاءت كانعكاس لتغيرات البيئة الدولية بعد الحرب الباردة ، حيث تعددت مصادر التهديد للأمن الإقليمي الجزائري و التي منبعها دول الجوار بالدرجة الاولى،نظرا لشاسعة مساحة الجزائر و موقعها الجيوسياسي جعلها عرضة لتهديدات من كل حدودها بداية من مشكل تهريب المخدرات من الحدود الغربية و تأزم الوضع الأمني في تونس و ليبيا فاقم ظاهرتي تهريب السلاح و الهجرة الغير الشرعية و الفشل الدولاتي التي تعاني منه دول الساحل الإفريقي جعلها مصدر الإرهاب الدولي و الجريمة المنظمة ، هذا كله انعكس بالسلب على استقرار الداخلي و أمن القومي للجزائر ، و سنحاول تقديم مقترحات جدية لكيفية التصدي لهذه التهديدات لضمان استقرار الأمن الوطني. In this paper, we will try to address the most important analogous threats affecting Algeria's national security. in the light of the changes that have taken place in the concept of security from a conventional based on military power to expanded security that encompasses many political, socio-economic areas, Which reflected the changes in the international environment after the Cold War. The threat to Algerian regional security stemmed primarily from neighbouring States, Due to Algeria's vast area and geopolitical location, it has been exposed to threats from all its borders, starting with the problem of drug trafficking from the western borders, the crisis in the security situation in Tunisia and Libya has exacerbated the phenomena of arms smuggling, illegal migration and the international failure of the African Sahelian States to make it the source of international terrorism and organized crime. All of this was negatively reflected in Algeria's internal stability and national security, We will try to make serious proposals on how to address these threats to ensure stability of national security.
