الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه المقالة إلى بيان مقومات التنمية في فكر مالك بن نبي فهو يرى أن مجتمعات العالم الثالث خاصة العربية منها تملك مقومات طبيعية وبشرية كثيرة ومتنوعة، إذا ما أحسنت استغلالها تخلصت من التخلف والركود الذي تعانيه ولحقت بمصاف المجتمعات الحضارية المتقدمة، وتكمن طريقة استغلال هذه المقومات عموما في التكتل فيما بينها والتركيز على الجانب الزراعي، وإعطاء الأولوية للإنتاج على الاستهلاك إضافة إلى ضرورة تخليص موادها الأولية من الهيمنة الغربية كما تكمن طريقة استغلالها أيضا في ضرورة الاستثمار في المجتمع وإعطائه الأولوية على الاستثمار في المال، والعمل على تعبئة الطاقات الاجتماعية الكاسدة، وكذا تحقيق ما يسمي بالفعّالية الاجتماعية -التي لعبت دورا كبيرا في تطور المجتمع الغربي وازدهاره حتى غدت خاصية تميزه- هذا إضافة إلى إخضاع عمليتي الإنتاج والاستهلاك إلى أساس أخلاقي. Abstract This article aims to explain the elements of development in the thought of Malik bin Nabi, as he belives that that societies of the Third World especially the Arab ones, have many natural and human components that can free them from backwardness and stagnation they suffer from if they are well-exploited, and thus they join the highly advanced societies, this can be achieved through cooperation and giving importance to agriculture, giving priority to production over consumption, in addition to the need to free raw material from western dominance, the exploitation of these components also lies in the need to invest in society and giving it priority over investment in money, working on mobilizing inactive social energies, achieving the so called social effectiveness- Which played a major role in the development and prosperity of Western society until it became a feature - as well as subjecting the process of production and consumption to a moral basis
