فخ ثيوسيديدس و ثنائية صعود/ تراجع القوى الدولية: الصين والولايات المتحدة نموذج

الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر قوة الدولة حجر الزاوية في تحديد أبعاد الدور الذي تؤديه في المسرح الدولي، لذلك شكلت " إنتقالات القوة " عبر التاريخ او التغيرات السريعة في معدلات القوة العسكرية والاقتصادية والسياسية للقوى الكبرى ضمن النظام الدولي سببا في عدم الاستقرار، أين وجدت القوى المهيمنة والقوة الصاعدة صعوبة في إستيعاب مصالح بعضها البعض، الأمر الذي عمل على سحبها في العديد من الحالات التاريخية الى الصدام المباشر. يمثل الصعود الصيني اليوم حالة يحيط بها الكثير من الجدل السياسي والاكاديمي، بسبب محاولاتها لتغيير قواعد النظام الدولي الذي تهيمن عليه الولايات المتحدة، هذه الاخيرة التي تحاول إحتواء صعود بكين بكل الاساليب، الأمر الذي قد يسحبهما لما يطلق عليه " فخ ثيوسيديدس". ويبدو أن سيناريو إستمرار الوضع القائم هو الأقرب لتوصيف العلاقات في المستقبل المنظور على الأقل، لأنه من الواضح إدراك الطرفين لخطورة الصدام المباشر في زمن السلاح النووي. ABSTRACT : The power of the state is considered the cornerstone in defining the dimensions of the role it plays in the international arena, so “power transitions” create throughout history or rapid changes in the rates of military, economic and political power of the major powers within the international system have been a cause of instability, where the dominant powers and the rising power found it difficult to Absorbing each other's interests, which in many historical cases pulled them into direct confrontation. The rise of China today represents a situation surrounded by much political and academic controversy, due to its attempts to change the rules of the international system that is dominated by the United States, and this latter trying to contain the rise of Beijing by all means, which may draw them into what is called the "Thucydides Trap". It seems that the scenario of the continuation of the status quo is the closest to describing relations in the foreseeable future at least, because it is clear that the two sides realize the danger of a direct clash at the era of nuclear weapons.
