الملخص

صبت الحكومة الجزائرية جل اهتماماتها في السنوات الأخيرة بقطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والناشئة واقتصاد المعرفة، مما تطلب توفير نظام بيئي ملائم للدفع بحاملي الأفكار الإبداعية والمشاريع المبتكرة لتجسيدها على أرض الواقع. وقد هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضيح المفاهيم الأساسية للشركات الناشئة وتسليط الضوء على أهم الهياكل الداعمة للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر. خلصت الدراسة الى ان هذه الهيئات تساهم دعم وتمويل المشاريع الناشئة من خلال ما تقدمه من خدمات لفائدة إنشاء وتنمية هذه المشاريع والمساهمة في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، لذا اوصت الدراسة بإجراء حملات إعلامية وتحسيسية أكثر للتعريف بهياكل الدعم وخدماتها المتواجدة عبر مختلف ربوع الوطن واصدار قوانين ولوائح أكثر تفصيل وتنظيم عن هذه الهيئات للاستفادة أكثر Abstract: The Algerian government has focused most of its interest in recent years on the small enterprises and startups sector and the knowledge economy, which required the provision of an appropriate environmental system to push the owners of creative ideas and innovative projects to embody them in reality. This research paper aims to clarify the basic concepts of startups and highlight the most important support structures for startups in Algeria. And Our study concluded that these structures contribute to supporting and financing emerging projects through the services that they provide in favor of the establishment of these projects and their development and contribute to social and economic development. the study recommended conducting more informative and sensitization campaigns to introduce support structures and their services through various parts of the country and to issue more detailed and organized Laws and regulations on these structures to benefit more than their services.
