التعاون القضائي والجنائي الدولي في مكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات

Abstract
ملخص البحث أصبح الاهتمام بمكافحة المخدرات وأشكالها من اولويات دول العالم عامة بسبب خطورتها على المستوى الاجتماعي والسياسي والاقتصادي , الأمر الذي أدى بالمجتمع الدولي إلى الإتفاق على مكافحتها وذلك بتفريد القوانين المتعلقة لمكافحة جرائم المخدرات وبما أن التشريعات الوطنية في مجال المخدرات ومكافحتها يفترض أن تستقي نصوصها من المواثيق الدولية , لان البحث في موضوع المخدرات يكتنفه العديد من الصعوبات حيث أن موضوع بحثنا التعاون القضائي والجنائي الدولي في مكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات , أن التعاون القانوني والأداري والقضائي الدولي في مكافحة الاتجار بالمخدرات , أنه يعتبر تسليم المجرمين أحد أهم التدابير لمكافحة المخدرات باعتباره عملا اداريا وقضائيا , حيث وضحت احكامه الاتفاقيات الخاصة بمكافحة المخدرات , حيث الأطار القانوني لتسليم المجرمين , ودور القضاء الدولي الجنائي في مكافحة المخدرات , ومدى أمكانية ادخال جرائم الاتجار غير المشروع ضمن اختصاصات المحكمة الجنائية الدولية , بالاضافة الى النظر في دور الشرطة الدولية الجنائية (الانتربول) لمكافحة المخدرات . Research Summary: The interest in combating drugs and its forms has become a priority for the countries of the world in general because of its seriousness on the social, political and economic levels, which led the international community to agreto combat it by singling out the laws related to combating drug crimes. And since the national legislation in the field of drugs and combating it is supposed to derive its texts from international covenants, because the research on the subject of drugs is fraught with many difficulties, as the subject of our research is the international judicial and criminal cooperation in combating drug trafficking, International legal, administrative and judicial cooperation in combating drug trafficking, extradition is considered one of the most important measures to combat drugs as an administrative and judicial act, as its provisions are clarified in the anti-drug agreements, In terms of the legal framework for extradition, the role of the international criminal judiciary in combating drugs, and the possibility of introducing illegal trafficking crimes within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, in addition to examining the role of the International Criminal Police (Interpol) in combating drugs.
