الملخص
يهدف هذا الملخص إلى بيان حرص الشريعة الإسلامية الشديد على إيجاد كل التدابير الوقائية والعلاجية في الأسرة؛ حفاظا على تماسك أفرادها كونها النواة الأولى في المجتمع، والخلية الرئيسة فيه، إذ باستقرارها يستقر، وباضطرابها يفقد توازنه، ويسود الاختلاف بين جنباته، ونظرا لتفاقم ظاهرة العنف بين الأزواج في الآونة الأخيرة، مما يهدّد كيان الأمة الجزائرية بسبب تزايد حالات الطّلاق وارتفاع عدد قضايا الخلع، المؤدّي حتما إلى ضياع مستقبل الأولاد وتشرّدهم، ولهذا الأمر تأثير سلبي على مستقبل المجتمع بل والدولة أيضا. Abstract: This summary aims to show the keenness of Islamic Sharia to find all preventive and curative measures in the family; To maintain the cohesion of its members. Being the first nucleus in society, and the main cell in it, as its stability stabilizes, and its turmoil loses its balance, and the difference between its sides prevails, and given the exacerbation of the phenomenon of violence between spouses in recent times, which threatens the entity of the Algerian nation due to the increasing cases of divorce and the high number of divorce cases, which inevitably leads to Losing the future of children and their homelessness, and this has a negative impact on the future of society and even the state
