Abstract
This research aims to identify the most important problems related to fingerprinting that the fingerprint expert may face at the crime scene, which is useful in identifying, investigating personality, identifying bodies, perpetrators, suspects and the role of technical expertise in overcoming these problems in order to reach the methods and technical techniques used to address them and solve them and draw the correct conclusions that benefit in identification, proof, criminal investigation and the achievement of successful justice. The research relied on the applied analytical approach through theoretical analysis of these problems and the role of technical expertise in overcoming these problems and highlighting technical technical methods, modern devices and methods and the right methods to be followed by the crime scene team and the fingerprint expert at the crime scene. The research also reached a set of findings and recommendations, the most important of which is to identify many traces and accurate physical evidence of fingerprints, which is one of the dilemmas of many fingerprint experts and needs outstanding expertise and accuracy in examination and knowledge knowledge in all fields of expertise, technical examination and technology. Identify the latest technologies in the methods of inspection and identify and lift the fingerprints from the crime scene, which is useful in identifying the perpetrators, identifying the bodies and uncovering the mystery of the crime. يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف بأهم المشكلات المتعلقة ببصمة الأصابع والتى قد يواجهها خبير البصمات بمسرح الجريمة والتى تفيد فى الإستعراف وتحقيق الشخصية والتعرف على الجثث والجناة والمشتبه فيهم ودورالخبرة الفنية فى التغلب على تلك المشكلات للتوصل إلى الطرق والتقنيات الفنية المتبعة لمعالجتها وحلها وإستخلاص النتائج الصحيحة التى تفيد فى الإستعراف والإثبات والتحقيق الجنائى وتحقيق العدالة الناجزة. اعتمد البحث على المنهج التحليلى التطبيقى من خلال التحليل النظرى لتلك المشكلات ودورالخبرة الفنية فى التغلب على تلك المشكلات وإلقاء الضوء على الطرق التقنية الفنية والأجهزة والوسائل الحديثة والطرق السليمة التى يجب إتباعها من قبل فريق مسرح الجريمة وخبير البصمات فى مسرح الجريمة. كما توصل البحث لمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات أهمها التعرف على العديد من الآثاروالأدلة المادية الدقيقة الخاصة ببصمات الأصابع والتى تعد من المعضلات لدى الكثيرين من خبراء البصمات وتحتاج للخبرات المتميزة والدقة فى الفحص والإطلاع المعرفى بها فى كافة مجالات الخبرة والفحص الفني والتقنى. التعرف على أحدث التقنيات فى طرق المعاينة وتحديد ورفع الآثارالدقيقة للبصمات من مسرح الجريمة والتى تفيد فى تحديد الجناة والإستعراف على الجثث وكشف غموض الجريمة.
