دور الشرطة العلمية في مسرح الجريمة The Role Of The Scientific Police At The Crime Scene

الملخص
إن عمـل الخبراء في مسرح الجريمــة هو الذي يحكـم نجاح أو فشـل حل لغـز الجريمـة للوصول إلى المتهـم، و من ثم فعلى خبـراء مسرح الجريمـة التابعين للشرطـة العلميـة تفهم طبيعـة العمـل في هـذا المسرح لما لـه من أهميـة قصوى في الكشـف عـن الجانـي، و لا يمكـن فصـل دور أي خبير عن دور الآخـر، فأدوارهم مكملة لبعضهـا و هدفهـا واحد، و أن كل خبيـر من خلال اتباعـه للإجراءات الصحيحـة يساهم فـي حل القضيـة، كما أنه قادر بمفرده علـى إفشـال مجهوده و مجهود الآخرين، و هذا باتباعـه لإجراءات خاطئـة و تلويثـه لمسرح الجريمــة و إتلافــه للآثار الماديـة الموجودة بـه. و تفصيلا لدور الشرطــة العلميـة في مسرح الجريمـة، قسمنا هذه الورقة البحثية إلى مبحثين: نتطرق في الأول إلى مسرح الجريمـة من حيث مفهومـه و أهميتـه و مدلولـه الفني المتمل في دلالتـه على الواقعـة الإجراميـة على أدلتها، و على أطراف الجريمـة، أما المبحث الثانـي فنتطرق فيه إلى إجراءات البحث الفنـي و التقنـي بمسرح الجريمـة. Abstract: It is the work of experts in the crime scene that determines the success or failure of solving the mystery of the crime to reach the accused, and then the crime scene experts of the scientific police must understand the nature of work in this theater because of its paramount importance in uncovering and identifying the perpetrator. Any expert on the role of the other, as their roles are complementary to each other and their goal is one, and that every expert, by following the correct procedures, contributes to solving the issue, and is alone capable of thwarting his effort and the effort of others, and this is by following wrong procedures and polluting the crime scene and its effects material contained in it. Moreover, in detail about the role of the scientific police in the crime scene, we divided this research paper into two sections: first we touch on the crime scene in terms of its concept, importance and artistic meaning represented in its indication of the criminal incident on its evidence, and on the outskirts of the crime.
