الملخص

تعتبر السياحة اليوم من الروافد الاقتصادية التي تتجه اليها اهتمامات مختلف المستثمرين، خاصة بعد أن أصبحت تكتسي أهمية سياسية اضافة الى دورها الحاسم في تنمية الاقتصاد المحلي و الترويج و حفظ التراث و الثقافة الوطنية للبلد، و هي تساهم في تطوير البنى التحتية من خلال مختلف النشاطات التجارية، الخدماتية و الترفيهية التي تنتهجها لجذب السياح، اضافة الى عملها على تعزيز التبادل الثقافي، بشكل عام يعد الاستثمار السياحي نشاطا دافعا في الجوانب الاقتصادية،الاجتماعية،الثقافية و البيئية، و هو يعد عملية متعددة الأبعاد تضمن فائدة للمجتمعات المضيفة و للسياح على حد سواء. اننا نتوجه من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية الى اثراء النقاش حول مفاهيم و أنواع الاستثمارات السياحية و أهميتها. Today, tourism is considered one of the key economic sectors that attracts the interests of various investors. This is especially true as tourism has gained political significance and plays a crucial role in the development of the local economy. Additionally, it contributes to the promotion and preservation of the country's national heritage and culture, while also aiding in the advancement of infrastructure through diverse commercial activities, services, and entertainment offerings aimed at attracting tourists. Moreover, tourism reinforces cultural exchange. Overall, tourism investment is a multidimensional process that has positive impacts on the economic, social, cultural, and environmental aspects, benefiting both the host communities and tourists. The objective of this research paper is to contribute to the discussion on the concepts and types of tourism investments, as well as their significance.
